You, your child(ren) and the stroller. Any kind of stroller will work, just as long as it's not prone to tipping and your child can be safely buckled in. No umbrella strollers, please. We suggest athletic shoes, plenty of water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work and stretching, sunscreen/hats for you and your baby (even on foggy days!), and any comfort objects/toys/blankets/snacks should your little one(s) need them.
