What do you do at a Stroller Strides class?

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and young child(ren). Classes are 1 hour in length and include power walking (some moms like to jog/run), strength and body toning intervals (using tubing that we provide), and end with abdominal work and stretching. We incorporate interaction with your child through songs, counting, learning ABC's, and color recognition. This way the children are entertained while we get our workout!
