Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Stroller Barre® is a Stroller Strides class format which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses core balls, mini bands and bands for an all over toning and fat burning experience.

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program for all stages of pregnancy that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.more

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with the Body Back nutrition program that is guided by our coaches.

Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 3 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Each 8-week session is limited to 10 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Make sure to reserve your spot early. Program payments are non-refundable, since your payment holds your spot in the course.

Let FIT4MOM Run Club help you get ready for your nest race. 5k, 10K 1/2 Marathon, we are here to help train you.

Run club consists of weekly group runs 3x per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, with individual runs for your non-group days.
You will have :
- A certified FIT4MOM run coach with over 20 years of competitive running experience.
- Group accountability, with runners of all running paces.
- We focus on specific running topics each week such as: Speed, Running Form, injury prevention, proper equipment, goal setting, pacing and much more.
- Monthly and weekly run training schedules, prepared and sent out weekly and monthly.
- Daily motivational posts on our private run club Facebook Page!
- Goal specific training anywhere from the beginner runner to the advanced runner. Beginners, we will help you take your first step and advanced runners we can help you with your PR goals.
- Friendly Atmosphere, made up of other moms who have similar running goals.
- The enjoyment and health of the benefit that comes with incorporating running into your weekly workout regimen.more

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Our Village, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Our Village consists of three essential components:

  1. Free Playgroups (once per week) Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity.
  2. Moms’ Nights Out (once per month) This is a time for you! The goal is to provide an activity to allow your moms group to re-discover adult conversation and personal passions.
  3. “Moms with a Mission” (once per quarter) Our goal is to provide a platform to help better the community where we live and play. We organize and inspire members to participate in activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.
