We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise through their pregnancy as long as everything has been OK'd by their physician. Please tell our instructors that you are pregnant. Our instructors are certified in both pre and post natal fitness and follow the ACOG guidelines. We can modify any exercise as you progress through your pregnancy. Don't wait til the little one is born, join us today!
If you recently gave birth to your little one, we require that you wait to attend Stroller Strides classes until your physician clears you for exercise, usually 6-8 weeks post partum. ALWAYS get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.
