Body back was more than just a way to lose weight for me. It became a lifestyle that i was excited to live. It became my daily boost of energy and made me feel better mentally and physically. 5*-I've absolutely fell in love with the mom's I've met! The work puts are great too. Hard enough to burn but easy enough for every level of fitness! After 6 weeks of bed rest and 8 weeks postpartum, I felt like I would be lacking but everyone makes me feel welcome and encouraged!!
