Body Back Spring 2018
Body back gave me a chance to focus on ME. Within the first 10 days, my husband commented on how much happier the entire family was. Momma was calmer, had more energy, and my confidence in myself particularly as a mother soared. Having the support from other determined moms gave me new meal inspiration and the encouragement to keep moving. Body back is not just exercising and eating well for 8 weeks, it reinforces that being healthy means mental strength and having emotional support to be the best version of yourself. For you, your spouse, and your children. As for my physical transformation, I lost a few pounds, but several inches which proves to me that muscle weighs more than fat. I’m much stronger than before. I will return to Body Back because I truly believe in it. I love the workouts, the support, and encouraging others.
