INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup sweet potato, steamed & peeled

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • Water, as needed

DIRECTIONS

Mix all of these ingredients in a high powered blender and enjoy
